Simply declaring the intention to produce in an environmentally sound way — particularly in mechanical engineering and X-ray technology — is not enough for us.
Materials and disposal
GREX Technologies uses materials deliberately and efficiently, where they are justified and necessary. We work intensively to strongly minimise substances harmful to the environment and, where possible, avoid them entirely. Specific system components with a radiation-protection function are disposed of properly by us.
No oil in cooling
We do without oil-based cooling in any form. In the field of radiation protection for X-ray scanners we are moreover a decisive pioneer in the industry — many of our base technologies can be found in other systems today.
Energy
Consistently reducing the energy needed for food inspection and foreign body detection is the result of continuously developing our products, with the clear goal of minimising operating costs and environmental impact while increasing efficiency.
The resources we use, such as electricity and heat, have come from renewable sources since the company was founded.
