How do you prove there is no foreign body in your product?
Retailers stopped asking whether you inspect a long time ago. They ask with what, how completely, and they want it in writing. If you have no clean answer you lose the listing — not because of an incident, but because the proof is missing. That proof is what an X-ray system delivers: every pack checked, every result documented.

A metal detector sees metal. That was enough for a long time — until the first splinter of glass got through. X-ray sees everything denser than your product: glass, stone, ceramics, bone. Which is exactly what nobody has been reporting to you, because nobody could measure it.

These are guide values, not promises. What can actually be found in your product depends on the product itself and on what you want to find in the first place. So we do not guess: send us product samples and the test bodies you care about — we will produce a full analysis from them. Free of charge.

96 images. Not one.
Most scanners take one image per product and decide from that. Our eTDI camera takes 96 — of every single product, at full resolution, across the entire X-ray spectrum. What disappears in one image stands out in ninety-six. That is the whole difference.

Packed goods run through the XT series. Minced meat we inspect directly in the pipeline with the FS-500, loose product in a wide flow with the FS-6000. Weight is handled by the M-300. And the XO series, our first range, we service to this day and supply refurbished with current technology inside.

The same eTDI camera technology and the same power as the XT series, only built for the pipeline: the minced meat is conveyed under very high pressure and inspected as it passes. Everywhere a belt system simply cannot work.

You hear it before you see it
Alerts reach your people the way it works in your hall — including an acoustic signal. The machine reports when the reject container is full, and pressure monitoring flags a drop in compressed air.
It tells you what is wrong
If something is off, the machine shows an error code with a plain-text description. So it is always clear what needs replacing and when — before the line stops.

Hand-polished. K240.
The entire XT series is stainless steel, hand-polished to a K240 finish. That is not cosmetic — it is the reason Friday evening cleaning does not become your problem: nothing clings to an evenly polished surface, and it takes industrial chemicals and disinfection.

Service & maintenance
Downtime costs more than any machine.
Buying an inspection system really means buying the next fifteen years of operation. That is why service gets the same effort here as development. Breakdown support and spare-part orders are reachable around the clock.
Remote diagnostics
We connect to the machine and analyse the fault without anyone travelling. Most issues are resolved at this point.
Technician on site
If someone has to be on site, our technician is ready — any place, any time. You decide whether we come.
Spare parts — however it suits you
Order parts with delivery and fit them yourself, or call us in. We also service series we stopped building long ago.
Company
Two identical orders, two identical machines.
Order the same machine a second time and you get the same machine — same technology, same operation, same spare parts. Differences exist only where you want them: working height, belt length, interfaces. Each one is built by hand in Germany, entirely from stainless steel, with electricity and heat from renewables since we were founded.
